Returns Policy

Thank You for selecting from our products. We strive to make sure that all products we bring you are of superior quality, and we test the products we offer for sale extensively, so we are confident that you will have no reason to return them. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase (ei. Should you receive an incorrect or defective item) you may return these unused items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to Australia Post (or your chosen international shipper), however in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply fill out the fields at the bottom of this page and explain to us your reason for requesting the refund.  We will respond to your request with our return postage details so that we may assess the returned product(s).  Please include correct email address and contact phone numbers in the fields provided.

 
Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world using Australia Post.  Orders within Australia will receive goods in Express Satchels at the following rates based on the following weight groups:

When weight is greater than or equal to  KGS and less than  KGS shipping is $ 

When weight is greater than or equal to  KGS and less than  KGS shipping is $ 

When weight is greater than or equal to  KGS and less than  KGS shipping is $

Packaging

Our objective is to deliver our quality products to your door in the same condition as they leave our factory.  To do this we use some new, used and recycled materials.  We ask our customers to appreciate our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, and encourage you all to do the same.
