Returns Policy

Thank you for selecting from our products. We strive to make sure that all products we bring you are of superior quality, and we test the products we offer for sale extensively, so we are confident that you will have no reason to return them. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase (ei. Should you receive an incorrect or defective item) you may return these unused items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to Australia Post (or your chosen international shipper), however in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us here and explain to us your reason for requesting the refund. Any returns must firstly be addressed in writing to us.  Please include all of your contact details so that we can discuss your order and provide further instruction.

Orders within Australia opting for Australia Post Express Satchels are charged by the weight of goods in any one order at the following rates & intervals:

When weight is greater than or equal to 0.01 kg and less than 0.50 kg Shipping Cost = $8.80
When weight is greater than or equal to 0.51 kg and less than 3.00 kg Shipping Cost = $12
When weight is greater than or equal to 3.01 kg and less than 5.00 kg Shipping Cost = $19.90
When weight is greater than or equal to 5.01 kg and less than 6.00 kg Shipping Cost = $24
When weight is greater than or equal to 6.01 kg and less than 8.00 kg Shipping Cost = $31.90
When weight is greater than or equal to 8.01 kg and less than 10.00 kg Shipping Cost =$39.80
When weight is greater than or equal to 10.01 kg and less than 13.00 kg Shipping Cost =$51.80
